I am new to AVR Programming and i have made my scope of study on 8051 family. i have made a project on UART , my MCU is connected to the PC via MAX232 but my probelem is that i have only free ports from P1.0 to P1.7 and two of P3 pins and i want to use the LCD for output so cud any one please help me little for LCD interfacing to my available pins and program for it in KEIL.
I don't think you do dare say that, manual reading being something you seem proud of not doing.
Jack, If I need information I DO read the manual. I do, however, not read it every time one of your little 'utterings' come up, just to make YOU happy. If I can answer a question 'from memory' I do so and, if in doubt, I either do not answer or look it up.
The "lack of manual reading" you have accused me of in the past is NOT that I did not read, just that I did not read the same book as you. If you insist that before I answer anything in this forum, i read the EXACT source you use, please provide a full list of sources you rely on and I will give it a glance.
