How to check the debug session is running by AGSI?

Dear sir!

I want to know the debug state of Keil Debug Session at my AGSI DLL.

When start keil Debug session, the AGSL dll is also start Running, I want to check debugger is running or halt:
when the "run" speedbutton is down, let my the property Windows in AGSI dll can show, otherwise then window may hide. How can i check the Debugger is running or Halt?
