All you've said so far is that you need to debug - with that to go on, all I can say is, "use the debugger!"

Remember that these chips have on-chip debug hardware - so use it!

For any serious help, you're going to have to explain:
* What you're trying to do;
* What is supposed to be happening;
* What's actually happening;
* What steps you've taken so far to account for the difference!

It always helps to try and narrow this down to the smallest complete example that exhibits the problem.
