Help! Cant Download code to Flash....i get this error....

Hello all, each time i tried to download code to flash, i get the following error..

"batchisp" -device AT83/89C5132 -hardware RS232 -port COM1 -baudrate 9600 -operation MEMORY FLASH LOADBUFFER GaitAnal.HEX PROGRAM
--- Error: can't execute '"batchisp" -device AT83/89C5132 -hardware RS232 -port COM1 -baudrate 9600 -operation MEMORY FLASH LOADBUFFER GaitAnal.HEX PROGRAM'

Can someone help me out??

    What happens if you type the command

    "batchisp" -device AT83/89C5132 -hardware RS232 -port COM1 -baudrate 9600 -operation MEMORY FLASH LOADBUFFER GaitAnal.HEX PROGRAM
    at a Command Prompt?

    If it doesn't work from a Command Prompt ("DOS Box"), it won't work from uVision!
