The 8259 was specifically designed to support the 8086 interrupt sequence.

Why would you want to use it with an 8051?

Nice to hear you again.

Since I want to extend interrupt sources and only want use one 8051, but the 8259 is one of my choices.

Do you have any suggestions?

Find a different 8051 variant with sufficient interrupt sources?
