GetTagetKey,SetTargetKey and GetExtInfo

There are functions of AGSI API of uvision and they are accessible (i think) always. There is not important what device of 51family you simulate. For me is important Dallas530.

The AGSISetTargetKey and AGSIGetTargetKey functions are described in the AGSI documentation.
