Hello, can somebody help with the following questions: 1. I'm seeking for ARM MCU (CORTEX M0/M3/M4F) which has enough documents to comply with DO-254 requirements (guaranteed by supplier). 2. Does Keil uVision IDE (and integrated C-compiler) comply with requrements of RTCA/DO-330? 3. If #2 has negative answer, than what IDE and Compiler could be used "from the box" for avionics software based on MCU with ARM architecture?
Hello, Greenhills's OS (and any other OS) aren't suitable to some avionics tasks, such as ultra high speed processes in Electric system units (Onboard Rectifiers, invertors, electrical machine's processors where calculation cycle frequency is more than 32 kHz - required for correct PWM work). So even if any OS could have qualified compiler it wouldn't be used in some cases.
And the first part of question was about ARM-microcontrollers which are certified in accordance to DO-254.
Keil do not make microcontrollers - so why ask that on the Keil forum?

GHS users are likely to be a lot more familiar with the parts and software you should focus on for your due diligence work.
Mass market ARM vendors have vast markets without catering to expensive niche requirements. Perhaps look at who advertises parts in space and defence magazines, or has a booth at Farnborough, etc.
