I have been trying to implement a GitHub (non-Keil) project into Keil uVision 5. Problem is, the project is quite a large file structure with .c and .h files all over the place. Do I have to manually add each sub and sub-subdirectory? Or is there a way to tell Keil to use all files/folders within a directory?

The project files is in an XML format, should be something scriptable, rather than manual entry.
Manually add each directory to the include path I mean
