Errors in USART_STM32Fxx.c driver

In the USART_STM32Fxx.c driver with IrDA mode, is on line 2806 a faulty query, instead of (! =) a (==) is used.
Another error occurs in the Smartcard mode. The input does not trigger an RX event.
Can someone help me with this Smartcard error?

If it's an ST file, you should report errors to ST.

If it's not an ST file, it might be worth finding the ST drivers and/or examples to see how they do it - after all, they should know how their chips work ...

Also, check the Reference Manual for the chip in question.
