Issue at Holtek HT32F Project - MDK5

I try to create project at MDK5 to Holtek device HT32F52241, most update Holtek pack was installed (Holtek.HT32_DFP.1.0.6).

I got the error msg bellow (log file):

RTE\Device\HT32F52241\system_ht32f5xxxx_01.c(46): error: #5: cannot open source input file "ht32f520xx_01.h": No such file or directory

Any advice? Is Holtek PACK broken? Please let me know.

I build same project at MDK5 to STM32F103 and works perfect.
