We purchased a lic. with ST for MDK Plus Single User one year and now we learned the USB examples are considered middle-ware. My management team is not keen on another 2k a year. Is the limitation built in to uvision? Can we not developed on uvision with usb? Would we have to abandon uvision all together to ovoid that yearly fee?
when i loaded the usb example I got this Error #602: 'Keil.MDK-Pro::USB:CORE:Release:6.10.0': component requires valid MDK-ARM Professional license
OK. You need a professional licence to get access to the package in the first place, but you spoke about a yearly fee and that is the part I responded to.
ah, I understand what you mean now. I'll see if they have an evaluation I can use to know it works the 25k upgrade.
