uVision ARM Compiler v6.6 : Missing "go to definition of"

Hello.

When I switch my Compiler from v5.* to v6.6 I loose the "Go to definition of" in the right click popup menu. Its there when I switch back to Compiler v5.*

Have this feature been removed when using Compiler v6.6?
