Error: Flash Download failed - ARM926EJ-S

Hello. I work AT91SAM9X5-EK board.
I use SAM-ICE JTAG and Keil v5.

JTAG connect.. and power on board..

I click <Download> icon.
but it fail with the message "Error: Flash Download failed - ARM926EJ-S"

I think it error memory setup.

Can you tell me how to set it up?

Or is it another matter?
