"KEIL" - so how do you pronounce it?

Time for a serious Friday question!

Like the title says, is it like the boy's name "Kyle", or like the "Keel" on a boat?

I have always pronounced it "Kyle", but my colleagues disagree.
Maybe somebody from KEIL can tell us.
