I have too many boards that has the lpc2103. but problem is that, out of 100 boards 52 boards has the problem of programming failure. I am using ULINK2 20 wire JTAG programmer for programming LPC2103. I am using voltage supply from board which is 3.3 Volt. 48 boards programmed and tested. please give me the suggestions.
My Check points: 1. Measured Vcc = 3.3 V DC. 2. Crystal Frequency: 12 Mhz 3. Pin no 27(DBGSEL) of LPC2103 is bounded to 3.3 volt by using jumper. 4. TRST, TMS,TDI,TDO pulled high through 10K resistors. 5. TCK, RTCK pulled low through 10k resistors.
Actually my device lpc2103 is erased and programmed well but while programming it gives error message "Error: Flash Download Failed: ARM7TDMI" and in error window it shows Content Mismatch at: 00002000H (Flash =FFH Required=0DH) Content Mismatch at: 0000206CH (Flash =FFH Required=00H)
why this happens?
Please if anyone has experience with this same problem, suggest me the solution.

I found the following solution as:
when i was trying to program LPC2103 by using ULINK2 JTAG programmer then it fails at verification while programming.
Then i tried to program this same device which was failed to program using JTAG using serial programming with flash magic software provided by NXP.
Now programming and verification is done using flash magic.
after programming the same device by flash magic, The same device is programmed well using ULINK2 JTAG programmer many times, but now when i try to program the same device again using flash magic then it gives error of "Operation Failed.(failed to autobaud - Step1)" each time.
Now i want to know why this happens.
