Is there any possibility to split project files into separate screens (i have 2 monitors in extended screen mode and i want to share project files between them without another uVision instance).

I'd recommend using another code editor, entirely, for this. Notepad++ can do this.
In uVision, in Edit => Configuration => Editor tab, you can enable "Automatic reload of externally modified files" to view the updates from another code editor inside uVision more quickly.
