Hello, I am using Infineon's XMC4400 with uvision5.2, could anyone suggest how to import or use ThreadX RTOS with Keil MDK.

I think you can import the library of this particular RTOS in MDK and that should be it: http://www.keil.com/rtos/tpcl/442.htm
However, kernel awareness has to be added by the third party partners.
