Why I still can see FORUM: DOWN FOR MAINTENNANCE

What shall I do to be able to reply to messages in forum?
It has been happend since last night.

    Thank you for your test... I saw it.
    Then I tested also test message and...

    I found that if I put in to the forum text, that is too long, the forum resopnse with the "maintenance page... nice exeption handling"

    So now, I found the work around.

    Thank you once again to trying to help.
