Silicon Labs programmer wont program.

Hi

I have been trying to program already existing source on a Si1060 board but I can not seem to get it to program.

When I click LOAD it just gives me this error -> " Error: Flash Download failed - ".
And when I try and Start/Stop Debug it gives the following -> " Error: Target DLL has been cancelled.Debugger aborted ! "

All the pins that should have power has power on 3.3V and all the grounds are connected.

What could be the problem?
