Could you suggest any way to have a program written in LabVIEW to get downloaded into a TMS570LC4357. I will soon get my hands on a Hercules LaunchPad that comes with this MCU.

Probably Seggers J-Link is a solution, but this I recommend to discuss with TI themselves: www.ti.com/.../technicaldocuments
