Keil DebugConfig folder

Hi all,
In the IDE Keil uVision 5 there is a folder named DebugConfig. What is its purpose? If it is necessary for the debug execution, how can I select the position of the DebugConfig folder in the project folder?

    Some DFPs now have the feature called "Debug Description". In this DebugConfig folder there is a debug description file *.dbgconf, which is used by "Options for Target - Debug - Setting - Pack"
