Hi, i have buy a STM32F030B-DISCOVERY BOARD , and use the licence key: www2.keil.com/.../mdk now i should like try the STM32F3DISCOVERY and impossible to add the new processor. i have use the Pack installer . for add "STM32F3xxx_DFP" . but in project impossible to chose and other CPU than CotexM0 serie. i think it's because i have use the licence . how to solve this probleme ?

Could you buy a licence and use that? The one you are using definitely won't support more advanced parts.
Try installing your current Keil into a NEW directory, and use it in Evaluation Mode (don't provide key), which is locked on size vs CPU type.
