1. Is it possible to use 2K bytes of external NOR flash(4 MB) memory out of 256 Bytes using core 8051.
( The 8051 has internal 256 bytes of memory is it expandable)..?

i do not understand your question.
the only part i can unsdesrand is if the 256 byes of internal ram is exmandabababale. it is is not. have you looked at the looked at the bible?
