ULINK2 not Work

Hi,
I've a keil Ulink2 vers.2 I do not know why but I've the RESET wire always at ground so it takes my board always on reset. Help me please.

    And you're sure there isn't a short across the pins of the 20-pin connector? Everything on the EAST side, except the top one, are ground.

    Is this a custom board? Does the issue impact more that one board? Do you have a second JTAG pod you can try?

    It's also conceivable you're damaged the pod, this can happen when bringing up new board designs if you get the voltages in the wrong places.

    Think about what you did between the times things worked properly and when they started failing.
