    Hello Wilhelm,
    at the Pack Installer we do offer an example project for the XMC4500 device by Infineon, called "uart_transmit", which demonstrates the configuration and further UART-handling

    XMC_UART0_CH0 is used to reference to the UART0, other UARTs require adaptations here.
