I am using the microcontroller NuTiny-SDK-M0518S. Is this architecture is support for RL-RTX.
Because I am writing the software in RTX. Could you please respond me as early as possible.

The Nuvoton M0815S device (http://www.keil.com/dd2/nuvoton/m0518sc2ae/) is based on a Cortex-M0 and yes CMSIS-RTOS RTX supports this device.
The Software Pack that supports the Evaluation Board comes from Nuvoton and it would be simple for Nuvoton to add example projects (with proper configuration) for that. In this case starting a project would become much easier for you.
Maybe you ask Nuvoton to improve their Software Packs.
