The problem with touch IC (xpt2046) and lpc1768

Hi
I wrote a program keil to touch (IC xpt2046) but the touch touch touch when few other random !!!

I have used XPT2046 ic . but i get wrong X and Y coordinates and if i touch left corner on screen it skips into right side.i have seen more skipping problem.please give the solution to rectify this .
