error 65: access violation at 0x40021004 : no 'read' permission

Hi am using Keil MicroVision 3..in Simulator mode.

But when i debug the code it is showing :error 65: access violation at 0x40021004 : no 'read' permission
error 65: access violation at 0x40021008 : no 'write' permission etc in a command window.

Please can you kindly help regarding this for resolution.
Am using the MCU is STM32F042xx processor
