I am new to work with nrf51822. I has to interface nrf51822 with the accelerometer. SPI driver (example) program is totally confusing. I has to write the interfacing part by myself. Please help me how to start with the programming.

In what way(s), exactly, is it "confusing"?
The nrf51822 is not just a microcontroller it is a "System-on-Chip" (SoC) - if you don't have any prior microcontroller experience, it might be better to start on something simpler...
