Data Flash memory write time needed

Hello, I want to know the Flash memory(Data Flash) write time in NUVOTON N79E855A IC. Datasheet available does not provide any information regarding FLASH write time.

Also, my 4kb Data Flash gets erased while programming . How can I disable Data Flash erasing while programming the IC .

chip specific questions should be directed to the chip manufacturer. The compiler does not care
