Programmer for AT 89S8252 which is compatible with Keil

Hi,
i want to do some little projects with the AT 89S8252 or AT 89S8253 and am now searching for a programmer which works fine together with Keil.
Can anyone recommend a Programmer?
Or do you know, what a programmer must have, for that it is compatible with Keil?

I already found these two :

Do you know the complete name of the "$25 Atmel thingy" because i can't really find it.
And what do you mean with Silabs, their development enviroment simplicity studio or µController from them?

yes, with Simplicity Studio, you can run the chip and wiev everything, set breakpoints, program, ..... With Atmel you are limited to simulation and that is about as good as simulated sex
