debug toolbar problem

Hi,

The icons in my debug toolbar got screwed up some how. The debug toolbar is using the same icons as the the file toolbar.

For example the debug toolbar is showing the "file open" icon for run and the "save all" for step.

Is there a simple way to reset the toolbars to a default?
