Keil error

Hello everyone,

I am new in this and I have a problem.
I try to open a uvision project and i get the erros message "Cannot read the project file..."
Which is the cause and what I have to do?

Thanks a lot for responding so quickly.

I am using uV5.I have order a evb kit from the internet and I received togheter with the documentation an example project.I simply downloaded it and store on my computer.When I try to open it(even in Keil-> Open project.. or directly by double click) it gives me the error.
