Switching from X51 to ARM project...what am I missing?

I have been using uVision4/5 to do an X51 project and am now onto a project using an ARM device (I have the ARM development software installed) . When I try to select an ARM device (Project/Select Device for Target '....') for the project setup, I do not see any ARM devices to choose (at least, it's not obvious to me). If I go into File/Device Database I can see a number of (generic?) ARM devices listed.

I figure I'm missing something obvious here. Do I need to either download or enter a specific device and its set of parameters for the one I decide to use? Something else?
