µVision5, no devices in database when starting a new project

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed the µVision5. Unfortunately I can't see any device in the database when I start a new Project. Therefor I can not build any project.
But when I look at the database under File->Device Database there are all the devices listed.

Anybody with an idea?

    Unfortunately the device I will use is not in the list on that site (Fujitsu, resp. Spansion Chip Cortex M3 MB9AFB44N) but it is listed in the database under File->device database. Do I have to explicit install a package for each device? If Yes, why is it listed under file... but not in the new project database. And what do I have to choose if my device is not listed on that site?
    Isn't there a description on how to start with that Keil IDE? The "getting started" section of the help file is not realy helpfull, because there are already devices listed!?
