LPC3250 Booting Hangs

Hi,

I am using LPC3250, ARM-9 processor in my design. I have fused the Operational/application software to the NOR-Flash using UART-5 service boot.

Consider the following situation. The board is not powered on and UART-5 is connected to PC with PC transmitting data continuously through UART-5. Now if the board is powered on, booting procedure fails. LPC3250 continuously sends '5555...'.

Please let me know what might be the problem.
