Using GNU Scientific Library for ARM

I wish to use GNU Scientific library in one of my speech processing codes which i wish to implement it on MCBSTM32E(STM32F103ZE),I would like to know how can the Library be linked from Keil Microvision or any other way to use the GNU Scientific Library
