MDK-ARM tool chain update

Sir/ Madam

1. We are using MDK-ARM professional version 4.23.
2. Here we are unable to use SNTP client and SNMP.
3. If i update the MDK-ARM 4.71a, can we able to use SNTP client and SNMP as per standard.
4. If not, our older version 4.23 can revert back?
5. If possible to revert back our older version 4.23, kindly give us the steps to revert our older version from new version.
6. Kindly give us the procedure to take full software backup before updating
