ZWAVE project for ZW0201/ZW0301/ZW0401

ZWAVE SDK and Keil-PK51I have this ZWAVE SDK including a z-wave programmer application. They say I can create a z-wave project using Keil-PK51, but I cannot find a complete set of files for any example that can be compiled into a valid hex file. How do I do it?

Any help is welcome... 'will be very very grateful... 24-pack of Heineken for a hint!
