hi am using LPC 2148 basic board designed by me , if am programming through the J-LINK Programmer it will show the error messages of TD0 is constant High and cannot read the IR length,can any one give me the solution for that error.
Is the design correct?
Are there any manufacturing, assembly, component, etc, faults?
