Pocket AVR Programmer with Keil?

I've already programmed several Atmel µC with WINAvr

avrdude -c usbtiny -p atmega8 hexfile

How can I canfigure Keil to use a Pocket AVR Programmer (from sparkfun)? Thanks in advance!

1) get a seat on the Keil board
2) convince enough of the members to include ATmega in the product portfolio.
