Win7 uVision 4.22.22.0 Sticks on top

I am using Win7 64bit uVision 4.22.22.0. The IDE regularly but slightly randomly gets stuck on top meaning I have to minimize it to switch to another application. This happens on other users PCs to. This is very hinder-some, does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Try switching between 2 instances of uv4 (older revisions...)
