Not yet..and I don't have any idea about getting contacted with Keil Support team. I'm from Nepal and I'm new to this forum and gradually learning to discuss.
What's the portable version?
Which can be run through any directory of computer... Not only from C:\Program Files\.... It has no Set up file and can run with a single executable (.exe) file...
So, are you going to say where you downloaded it from?
I can't find it on the Keil website.
I grabbed it from torrent... I really do not have any related link .. and not provided with software..
I grabbed it from torrent
.... that you are trying to run a pirated version. NO decent person will support THEFT.

Hi Lomas Subedi,
KEIL products can be downloaded legally from here.
http://www.keil.com/download/product/
Keil products use a License Management system - without a current license the product runs as a Lite/Evaluation edition with a few Limitations.
To contact Keil Support team, start from here.

Where does your Windows 8 come from? Why don't you just use Windows XP or Windows 7?
For software development, some tool-chains are available for free.
Sourcery CodeBench Lite Edition www.mentor.com/.../
YAGARTO – Yet another GNU ARM toolchain http://www.yagarto.de/
devkitPro http://devkitpro.org/
-- I have used YAGARTO once.
I just got Windows 8 form Dream's Park, as a Microsoft Acedemic discount... I think this scheme is available only for some Asian countries..
I got it. Microsoft DreamSpark https://www.dreamspark.com/
Is your Windows 8 for X86 or ARM?
Why do you think you need KEIL uV4?
First off, I don't support pirating software. If you are going to use software, pay for it.
That said, if you're trying to get any sort of software that isn't currently working in your OS (I have a number of programs that don't work in Windows 7 x64), the best alternative (and it's free for non commercial use) is VMware Player. (if you're needing a commercial version, you can get VMWare Fusion, which is pretty cheap).

You will still need a version of windows that WILL correctly run the software (I have a Windows 7 x86 bit, Windows XP x86, and a Windows 8 Eval Version installed on it) but it will allow you to create a Virtual OS and run programs directly from there. The newest version of VMWare has a "Unity mode" which allows you to run programs from the Virtual OS in VMWare on your main OS. It's actually pretty cool.
In my opinion, that's your best bet to get programs like Keil to work with a newer OS that isn't working.
Once again though, buy a legit copy or find another alternative.
