Actually, the processor has only binary!
The processor is just a big chunk of digital hardware; all it knows is electrical signals which can be in one of two states - a so-called "binary" system.
The processor doesn't actually even know about numbers - we just choose to group these elctrical signals togerether, and interpret them as numbers...
