Sample 8051 Target Driver

Hello. I'm newbie in using uVision4.
Refer to Application Notes 145 (http://www.keil.com/appnotes/docs/apnt_145.asp) on 'How to Use' section.

It is stated that if I entry TDRV0=D:\Src32\Target\Debug\SampTarg.DLL (“Sample 8051 Target Driver”) in TOOLS.INI, there will appear the 'Sample 8051 Target Driver' in the 'Use:' menu.
But why for me it still doesn't show up?
I've checked all the possibility why it doesn't show up, but I haven't found any error. I've followed the instructions very carefully and thoroughly.
Anyone can help me?
