Keil Emwin Compile time drivers

Does "Keil Segger Gui" include "Compile Time Configuratble drivers" , it seems that the header files located in "emwin\include\" folder just consist of "runtime configurable drivers"

Dear Mohammad,
the distribution of emWin within MDK-ARM Professional does not include source. This also means it does not provide "Compile Time Configurable drivers". Which driver are you looking for?
