how can i communicate between my pc & lpc2368??
dose it have any special circuit??

    No, it's just a processor.

    But add level converters to one of the four UART:s and it can talk RS-232.

    Add Ethernet electronics and it can do TCP/IP.

    Add USB hardware and it can do USB.

    Add CAN hardware to PC and 2368, and let them communicate using CAN.

    Exactly how much of the user manual for the procesor have you read? I think you need to read a bit more.
