Test Tools

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with automated test tools for system and unit testing of ARM9/Cortex-M3 code? I am looking for a tool that can import the Keil project and interface with the target via UNLINK2 or UNLINK Pro. Parasoft C++ test is one such tool but are there any others? Any recommendations?
