Sir i need a keil c program for 4x4 matrix keypad or 4x3 keypad matrix interfacing with 8051 displaying output on lcd display through P0 as output port for LCD
i need a keil c program two possibilities a) it is a school project in which case you need to look at the title of the course, is it "programming" or "copying" b) this is a commercial project in which case you need to hire a consultant or start working

Keil provides lots of example projects for this.

If you are an electrical engineer, then involve a programmer. If you are the software guy, then start the learning process.
Your teacher expects you to be able to solve your problems on your own. Start proving him/her right.
we have some programs but we cant able to understand the logic behind
the likelyhood of some given/stolen/found code will work seamlessly for you is a virtual zero. Thus whatever you "find" you will need to understand it in order to make it work for you.

You make no sense at all, haven't you noticed? You don't know what you are doing. You have no idea how to start. You have no clear objectives (apart from stealing and cheating). You are a on your way to getting an well deserved "F" my friend.

We all "need" things. That doesn't make people all around us suddenly start running around to try to help keep us supplied.
You need to start work yourself. Or hire someone (as in paying for help).

if 'you' "know the logic behind" then why do you not explain to 'we'?
Because he wants us to know that he is good enough to pass his school exams, so it doesn't really matter if we send him full source code for keyboard scanning + debounce.
At the same time, he definitely do want such code because he just do not know how to write the code himself and will have a tough time explaining to his teacher why he haven't a working solution to demonstrate/hand in.
