I think c51 sould work on all the platefrom available in the world but i need Expert advice.
c51 Need Linux Compiler
Oh, yeah.
SDCC?

Linux compiler as in compiling on Linux and then download to the 8051 chip? Or Linux compiler as in creating Linux program to run _on_ the chip?
The second alternative isn't a good one. Even if the 8051 processor could emulate a i386 processor, the speed would be so slow that you would not want to wait for the emulation to just get through the boot sequence.
For command line applications it would be good, but not GUI applications.
Gnome Shell, now version 3.2, is really cool and modern desktop. Fedora works better and snappier with it than Ubuntu IMO. I hope keil will soon come to Linux.

Products with a sales volume of Keils size rarely, if ever, are availble for multiple platforms.

You still haven't made it clear whether you want Linux as a Host platform, or a Target platform.
You have no chance of Linux on an 8051.
If Linux as a Host platform is such a big deal for you, why not see: www.arm.com/.../index.php
